Beck values flexibility. Employees have the option to cross train in a new area in order to better understand the company holistically. Sometimes you don’t know where you want to be. Through our cross training initiative, it is easy to experience different areas of Beck. This can be as simple as an architect attending a concrete course or a contractor attending a real estate staff meeting. With our variety of choices, it is easy to find your niche. For full-time experienced hire opportunities, please apply online.
Students – experience Beck for yourself through our internship program and gain experience with hands-on responsibility.
Interns are assigned to a construction project in the field or office during their three to six month internship. We’ll ask you to let us know if you prefer a project management, preconstruction or superintendent role. Our internship program includes jobsite tours, training through Beck University, a user subscription to our DProfiler software, social events and a community service project.
Potential internship placements exist in construction, architecture, marketing, and software development. Even better – 90% of our full-time construction new hires come from our internship program.
We actively recruit interns from September through March on college campuses across the country. Come see us at your university or apply online for internship and entry-level positions.
