After acquiring the historic Old Parkland Hospital, Crow Family Holdings had a vision to develop the campus in phases as its headquarters and a Class A plus office campus. Working with Beck’s design and construction teams, the Old Parkland West Campus a modern architectural tribute to Jeffersonian architecture. Three new buildings, Parkland Hall (which features a striking copper-topped dome), Commonwealth Hall, and Oak Lawn Hall, sit atop an underground parking structure. Beck’s construction team has also built a fourth, smaller Pavilion Building, which houses a large, underground, oval-shaped debate hall seating 200 for hosting world-class debates.
