Joe leads the safety, risk, legal, collaboration, and integration functions at Beck. Drive, a natural interest in the construction process and enthusiasm for bringing people together, propelled him from a project engineer to project manager and on to senior project manager. His experience includes some of The Beck Group’s largest projects, such as the Texas Motor Speedway, Firewheel Town Center, and The Domain.

In 2007, Joe became chief human resources officer. Seven years later, he was promoted again to his current role as chief administrative officer. Joe focuses on process improvement, providing accurate and efficient services, managing risk, and making Beck a safer, stronger, and more integrated company. He also enjoys helping people reach their career goals while achieving the goals of the organization.

Joe serves on the Shelter Ministries Board of Directors, which oversees Austin Street Center and Genesis Women’s Shelter. A former student of Texas A&M University, he lives in Lakewood with his wife, Carrie, and their son, Jackson. Joe also has two daughters, Anna and Rebecca, in college, at Texas A&M and Colorado State.
