Beck Announces Leadership Promotions

The Beck Group, the Dallas-based integrated design-build firm, announced the internal promotions of Jason Mullins, Matt Archuletta and Julian Nahan into leadership roles for the firm.

Jason Mullins, LEED AP BD+C – Operations Manager

Jason brings his 20 years of experience, knowledge of the construction process and understanding of complex construction challenges, finding solutions and outstanding communication with owners and project team members to The Beck Group for the past five years.  As Operations Manager, Jason will lead the general operations of the Denver Regional Office including office financials, project metrics/deliverables, safety and risk. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Princeton University and serves on the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Colorado Diversity Council.

Matt Archuletta – Project Executive

Matt has 14 years of experience in construction management, institutional redevelopment, and execution of fast-paced technical construction projects. As project executive, Matt will provide leadership in the areas of client development and project pursuits, as well as early preconstruction coordination and project set-up. He has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University and serves on the board of the Hispanic Contractors of Colorado (HCC).

Julian Nahan – Project Executive

Passionate about the built environment, Julian is a change agent focused on improving how buildings are designed and constructed in our ever-evolving AEC industry. With a Master’s Degree in Design/Construction Integration from Stanford University and 14 years of project management experience, his focus is on the transformations that occur when barriers of traditional project delivery are removed through collaborative and integrated delivery models. He will serve as Project Executive for The Beck Group’s integrated design-build projects in Denver.
