Bruna Monzillo believes architecture should do more than function; it should serve. That conviction has shaped her career, from master planning work in Latin America to her leadership in South Florida.
Today, as a Principal at The Beck Group, she guides design efforts and helps grow the region across a range of markets.
Experienced And Impactful
With more than fifteen years of experience, Bruna has delivered over 12 million SF of projects across the U.S. and Latin America. She is skilled in strategic master planning and blending architecture with a data-driven approach to create spaces that serve communities and improve performance.
Since joining Beck in 2023, she has helped expand the South Florida design practice and now oversees several impactful projects in the region.

Building a Strong Local Presence in South Florida and the Caribbean
Beck’s South Florida office is home to a strong team of design and construction professionals in Fort Lauderdale. Their work reflects the firm’s commitment to the region and its ability to deliver projects with deep market knowledge and strong community connections.
The practice shapes communities across South Florida and the Caribbean. Its portfolio includes healthcare, education, and civic projects, as well as Owner’s Representative work in the Caribbean. Clients include Broward Health, Nova Southeastern University, University of Miami Health, and Palm Beach County Schools.
Bruna has been central to this growth. She helped build a full-service architecture studio, expanded local capabilities, and contributed to winning key projects. Beck’s design portfolio in the region has grown to include two new medical office buildings for Broward Health.
Leadership Beyond Design
Bruna’s leadership extends beyond her work with clients. In 2025, she was elected to the Board of Directors for the South Florida Hospital and Healthcare Association. In 2025, the South Florida Business Journal honored Bruna as a 40 Under 40 honoree.
Bruna is a proud alumnus of Leadership Broward, and a Founding Board Member of the Women in Healthcare Florida Chapter, where she launched its statewide mentorship program. She is also a member of the Leadership Florida Connect Class 15.
She also created Gals & Golf, an initiative that connects women leaders through golf-based networking and community engagement.
