Population Grows in Downtown Denver

Downtown Denver has seen a 15 percent population increase since 2010, according to a report from the Downtown Denver Partnership. Over 72,000 people live in the city. The trend means that a broad array of housing options are needed to ensure that residents have diverse housing types and affordable prices.
