Aspinall Lessons for High Performance Through Design Build

The Office of Federal High-Performance Green Buildings, U.S. General Services Administration sponsored a University of Minnesota research study on project-delivery best practices that can be used to advance the development of high-performing buildings.
Beck’s design and build project, the Wayne N. Aspinall Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, was recommended for study by the GSA as one with an “exemplary project team(s) with outstanding building outcomes.”
