Building Industry Leaders: Transforming Student Lives

Building Industry Leaders is a a volunteer program offered through the Urban Land Institute (ULI) in Dallas. Developed by its Young Leaders Group, including members of the Beck team, the program is a partnership between the Boys and Girls Club and ULI.

With a mission to educate and mentor high school students on the diverse opportunities of a career in real estate, design, engineering and other professions represented by ULI, Building Industry Leaders gives students the professional skills to become industry leaders and contributing members to the community.

We believe in the power of the Building Industry Leaders to mentor our future leaders and are very proud of our team members who donated many hours in planning, developing and running this great program.
