Beck got our start in Atlanta in 1939, just as “Gone with the Wind” debuted across the country. The Atlanta office has a long history providing commercial construction services across all industry sectors from hospitals to hospitality. We built our reputation through high-profile projects like Atlantic Center Plaza and One Atlantic Center, which also shaped the city’s skyline. In the last decade, we have expanded our service offering to include architecture, technology and sustainability. We’re proud of our success completing many LEED® Gold certified projects and our technology team who leads the Beck fabrication technology practice company wide.
Our best clients are those seeking a partner to create the best building for the budget. We stay focused on delivering a better product through a better process to maximize your investment.
We arrived in Austin as the first flights were taking off from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Our projects are some of the most-visited spots in the region, including The Domain, Thinkery and our many projects at Baylor University, Texas A&M System and The University of Texas. In addition, our team members lead the efforts companywide for research, laboratory, life sciences and biomanufacturing projects. We have a proven reputation for sustainable design and construction. As well as delivering multiple LEED Gold projects, we’re proud of our “firsts”: the first LEED Platinum project in Texas, the first LEED building in Austin, the first LEED-Commercial Interiors Platinum project in Austin and the first LEED-Healthcare Platinum project in the world.
Our team is a diverse group of people, reflecting the uniqueness that makes Austin a special place. From millennials to baby boomers and designers to estimators, our team possesses a wide range of talents and expertise. We take immense pride in contributing to the fabric of our city.
Charlotte is home to The Beck Group’s newest full-service office. Our work in Charlotte began in 2016 in partnership with Atrium Health and has evolved since into opportunities with clients such as Pappas Properties, The Keith Corp and Iredell Health System.

Dallas has been home to Beck’s headquarters since 1924. Over the years, we’ve shaped the city’s skyline as well as the world’s view of Dallas. Our high-profile projects include the Cotton Bowl, Hotel Crescent Court, Hyatt Regency Hotel and Reunion Tower, and the Hunt Oil Company’s headquarters. Known for our collaborative and innovative culture, we were the first Beck office to integrate architecture and construction.
We pursue excellence in all we do. The Dallas Business Journal ranks us as a Top 5 general contractor and a Top 10 architecture firm, and 30% of our staff are LEED Accredited Professionals. Our sustainability group has helped Beck achieve a number of LEED “firsts” nationwide, and our Virtual Building Group pushes the envelope in the use of technology to make the design and construction process better.
After nearly a century in Dallas, we’re grateful for our clients and partners who work with us on project after project. They trust us to provide a quality experience, award-winning design and high-quality projects that help them achieve their mission.
We’ve called the Mile High City home for more than 30 years. From redeveloping Foothills Mall in Fort Collins to high-rise living at the Landmark in Greenwood Village; from connecting families in faith at Denver First Church to entertaining thousands of visitors at the Royal Gorge Bridge and Park, we’re helping shape Colorado. We provide our clients with a better process and outcome as a result of our integrated approach to architecture and construction. We’ve been recognized for our efforts with a national Design Build Institute Award for our design and construction work on Colorado’s Wayne N. Aspinall Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse.
Our team is known for its dedication to design and construction excellence, but we’re equally proud of our commitment to work-life balance. The Denver Business Journal has recognized us as Metro Denver’s Healthiest Employer for two straight years. Whatever we do – work or play – we give it all we’ve got.

We perform at the highest levels in all that we do. The Fort Worth Business Press ranks us #1 among largest general contractors in Tarrant County. We credit our success to the strong relationships we’ve built over the years with our clients. Our clients appreciate our collaborative culture and old-fashioned integrity – we’re not only business partners, we’re their neighbors, focused on making our city better. They trust us to find innovative solutions for their complex problems.

Our history in Florida dates back to 1961 when we built the very first launch facility, Launch Complex 34, for the new Saturn rocket series at Cape Canaveral. We’ve called Tampa home for nearly 30 years and have been part of some of the first and largest projects in the area. Our projects have touched every aspect of life in the Tampa Bay area, from travelers passing through Tampa International Airport’s Airsides ‘C’ and ‘F’ to visitors exploring The Dali; from students living in one of our six University of Tampa residence halls to individuals heading to work at the USAA Southeast Regional office.
Our team is known for its commitment to the integrated project delivery model. We were the architect and builder of the state-of-the-art USF Health’s Center for Advanced Medical Learning and Simulation (CAMLS), Ulele and Le Meridien Tampa.
We work hard to deliver our very best, believing that “who you are is more important than what you do.” Our dedication to community involvement stems from our company values. In addition to volunteering thousands of hours with local non-profits, we have helped to revitalize Tampa Heights, starting with our very own office building which we designed and built.
