250 Clayton Showcases the Largest Floorplates Planned in Cherry Creek North
Sunlight reflects across the glass facade of 250 Clayton, revealing a bold design that will reshape Cherry Creek North.
The Beck Group is pleased to unveil new renderings for the project, developed in partnership with Broe Real Estate Group. The images highlight a vision centered on quality, clarity and a strong connection to the neighborhood.
Addressing a High-Demand Market
The eight-story Class A mixed-use building will total 175,000 square feet. It introduces a major addition to one of the top-performing office markets in the United States. Cherry Creek North continues to lead Denver with single-digit vacancy rates in the highest-quality buildings.
The area is known for strong demand and limited supply. Therefore, smaller floorplates, typically between 10,000 and 15,000 square feet, have long shaped the mix of companies able to locate in the district.
250 Clayton Features Largest Floorplates in Cherry Creek North
250 Clayton addresses this challenge with floorplates between 25,000 and 30,000 square feet. Broe Real Estate Group expects them to be the largest in Cherry Creek North. As a result, these generous layouts support flexibility, collaboration and long-term adaptability.
Many offices will include operable windows that increase access to fresh air, and select tenants will have private terraces that extend work areas outdoors.
Design That Elevates the District
The design features expansive glazing that brings daylight deep into the interior. Clean lines and careful detailing shape a modern and welcoming exterior. Meanwhile, setbacks create terraces with greenery and views, giving the building a distinctive profile. Ground-level retail strengthens the pedestrian experience along Clayton Street and adds to the neighborhood’s energy.
Beck is delivering design and construction for this project through its integrated approach.

A sky terrace offers a destination for meetings, events and informal connections. Additionally, four levels of below-grade parking improve access for tenants and visitors.
