Groundbreaking Celebrates New Senior Living Community

This week The Beck Group celebrated the groundbreaking of a new senior living community, HarborChase of the Park Cities. Located in North Dallas’ popular Preston Center district, at the corner of Sherry Lane and Lomo Alto Drive, the 214,000-square-foot (including parking), eight-story building will be built by Beck. BokaPowell is the architect on the project.

The developer of the project is Silverstone Healthcare Company, a Dallas-based firm with six assisted-living and memory care communities under development in Texas, Florida and Virginia. Once complete the facility will include 105 Assisted Living units, 29 Memory Care units, dining and kitchen facilities, wellness areas, a beauty salon, community and activity areas and administrative spaces. HarborChase of the Park Cities will be operated by Harbor Retirement Associates, a senior living management and development company focused on assisted living and memory care communities that currently operates 20 communities in eight states

HarborChase of the Park Cities will be ready for residents in 2017.
