An article about RiverSouth, The Beck Group’s design-build project in Austin, is featured in the Austin Business Journal.
RiverSouth is scheduled to open at the end of 2021. The 15-story building is said to be Austin’s first smart building and may become the standard for post-COVID building design.
“It is using technology to tailor the user experience for each occupant,” said Chief Design Officer Brian Miller. “The focus was to thoughtfully impact human health, wellness and comfort into every aspect of the design to increase occupant satisfaction and reduce the impact to the environment.
