Beck’s Tampa Office Earns Place on Best Places to Work List

Beck’s team in Tampa was recently honored by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as one of the 2016 Best Places to Work in the Bigger Company category, ranking as Number 4 on the list.
Sixty local businesses made the cut as finalists. Employees of nominated companies were asked to complete an online survey that measured employee engagement and focused on items such as team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.
