Broward Health Unveils Designs for New Medical Office Buildings

  • Jan 14, 2025

Broward Health announced its first new buildings in 25 years, marking a transformative moment for the healthcare system and the South Florida community.

The project includes two state-of-the-art medical office buildings (MOBs) and a parking garage. As the architect, interior designer, and medical equipment planner, Beck partnered with DMZ Architects to design the MOBs, focusing on flexibility, scalability and enhanced patient and staff experiences.

The MOBs, scheduled to open in 2027, will serve as hubs for various specialties, from cardiovascular services to orthopedics, providing ample space for future growth.

“These new medical office buildings will serve as a cornerstone for our ongoing growth, allowing us to expand our network of physicians and services to better meet the needs of our patients,” said Broward Health President and CEO Shane Strum.
