Creating a City Gateway

McKinney, Texas residents are reaping the rewards of seven years of patience. After an earlier development attempt failed, the Beck design and build team, working in partnership with Champ Hospitality, restarted a long-desired hotel construction project. The team transformed an empty concrete structure into the  million Sheraton McKinney Hotel and Conference Center. In an interview with Community Impact News, City of McKinney Assistant City Manager Barry Shelton noted “Where once an incomplete structure stood, we now have a developing environment with a mix of uses that serves as a true gateway into McKinney.” Read more on the project here.
