Groundbreaking held for Southlake Town Square Office Tower

  • Dec 11, 2015

A new office tower is coming to Southlake Town Square. The groundbreaking for Granite Place was held on Dec. 8th. The new tower, designed by Beck, will bring a new option for office space to the area. Granite Place will feature an attached garage, on-site-fitness center, meeting facility and an upscale restaurant.

Beck has been involved with work in Southlake Town Square since 1997, when construction of phase one began.  This unique mixed-used development created a downtown for Southlake. Subsequently, Beck built the 80,000 SF town hall/sub-county courthouse as well as nine additional buildings. As well, our design team provided architect-of-record services. The addition of the Grand Avenue District, which serves as the connector between the previously existing development up to Highway 114, nearly doubled the size of the center.
