Holly Crowder Promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer

Beck CEO, Fred Perpall, recently announced the promotion of Holly Crowder to Chief Human Resources Officer. In her new role she will oversee Beck’s people strategy including the recruitment, retention and development of all Beck employees and teams. Over the past year, Crowder has helped the organization grow to more than 730 employees and has been instrumental in the continuous development of succession and rewards programs.

Starting her career at Beck in the field as an estimator, Crowder has been involved in nearly every aspect of delivering projects, and has been in project management and superintendent roles. Her passion to teach and develop others brought her to Beck’s corporate office where she led Beck University, Beck’s Training and Development Program for several years. Her unique background and diverse experience has contributed to her becoming a trusted member of Beck’s senior leadership team.

Holly joined Beck’s leadership team in 2014 and continues to bring a focus on people and their needs to the team.
