McKinney and Olive Named Best New Office

Crescent Real Estate’s McKinney and Olive project was named the Best New Office Project in the D CEO 2015 Commercial Real Estate awards. Built by Beck, this one-of-a-kind structure is designed by world-renowned architect Cesar Pelli. The development is Pelli’s first design in Dallas.

The jury noted that the project has many aspects that are very rare, in particular the unique and challenging geometry of the office tower, which tilts outward on the north façade creating additional lease space as the tower rises to its peak. Outside, one acre of valuable real estate has been dedicated to providing a green space with mature landscaping for customers and the community. This, along with the success of Klyde Warren Park will lend to the desirability, marketability, and walkability of Uptown Dallas.
