MiraclePlace, the expansion to Tampa’s Metropolitan Ministries has been certified LEED Gold.

MiraclePlace® provides a vital community for homeless families to receive help, hope and support while they get back on their feet. Committed to sustainable practices, the build team of FleischmanGarcia Architects, The Beck Group, and REAL Building Consultants helped Metropolitan Ministries achieve LEED Gold for Phase One.
