- Jun 29, 2016
The Crescent, a 30-year old landmark shopping and office complex in Uptown Dallas, is now more inviting to pedestrians.
Renovations, by The Beck Group, are mostly complete and the result is a more walk-up friendly environment. Plantings, lighting, outdoor furniture and over 7,000 LED lights were installed, And concrete driveways down the middle of the buildings have been replaced with stone pavers and rows of trees.
The renovations are not only designed to open up the building to foot traffic, but also to attract Millennial workers and shoppers. To learn more about how the owner plans to accomplish this, read this article from the Dallas Morning News.
