Southlake Town Square to get first office building

The City of Southlake, Texas, has approved plans to move forward with development plans for a 160,000-square-foot mid-rise office tower at Southlake Town Square. Featuring an attached parking garage, on-site fitness center, meeting facility and an upscale restaurant, the building will bring work closer to home for many Southlake residents.
