Tom Greenwood Discusses Faith-Based Trends in Constructor Magazine

Constructor Magazine recently published an article about faith-based design and construction trends which includes key insights from Tom Greenwood, AIA, and Director of Faith-Based Design at The Beck Group.

Written by Lisa Kopochinski, the article identifies trends driven by generational and cultural shifts are influencing faith-based construction.

Tom, who has over 25 years of experience in religious design as well as knowledge of  Beck’s integrated design-build delivery method, says that a significant trend impacting the market sector in the past decade is a shift from large megachurches to a multi-church strategy. He notes that “religious institutions are aggressively decentralizing, spreading growth over multiple locations or multi-sites.”
