299 Milwaukee redefines urban living in Cherry Creek North. It spans nearly the entire west side of Milwaukee Street between Second and Third Avenues. This project is one of the last large mixed-use development sites in the neighborhood.
Shears Adkins Rockmore designed the project, and The Beck Group leads construction. 299 Milwaukee will feature 177 luxury residences above 28,000 square feet of high-end retail. Residents will enjoy a fitness center, two courtyards, a rooftop lounge, and a pool terrace.
The 299 Milwaukee development will also create a public park with fountains at Third Avenue and Milwaukee Street, offering a vibrant space for residents and visitors.
