Apiary Residences

Apiary Residences is a 20-story mixed-use tower in Denver’s Belleview Station district. Developed by Copford Capital Management, the building delivers 193 upscale residential units alongside 175 extended stay Marriott hotel guestrooms. Designed and built by The Beck Group, the 615,000-square-foot building reflects the evolving expectations of urban living while supporting the continued growth of the Denver Tech Center.

A cohesive architectural vision unifies the residential and hospitality programs into a singular composition. Shared amenities include a rooftop infinity pool with an acrylic edge, a sky lounge with sweeping Rocky Mountain and city views, coworking and wellness spaces, a hotel bar, coffee bar, conference rooms, and a fresh Colorado market. The electric-forward tower promotes healthy indoor environments through abundant natural light, high-performance building systems, and thoughtfully designed living spaces.

Located adjacent to the RTD light rail station and within walking distance of dining, retail, and employment, Apiary reinforces Belleview Station’s transit-oriented character. Completed in 2025 by our Denver team, the project reflects an integrated design-build approach that balances performance, livability, and long-term community value.
