The Beck Group is providing construction services for the new women’s hospital at Ascension Seton Medical Center in Austin. The 8-story tower will be located south of the existing hospital, at the corner of 34th Street and Medical Parkway. Adjacent to the tower, a 1,600-space parking garage will meet the increased parking demand. Designed with a patient-centered approach, the hospital incorporates current, past, and prospective patient feedback.
The facility will feature a dedicated emergency room for obstetric and gynecologic emergencies, staffed by OB-GYN specialists, along with spaces for minimally invasive surgeries and other women-centered services. With capacity for approximately 7,500 deliveries annually, the hospital will also support teaching and training for future healthcare professionals. Pursuing LEED Gold certification, the project is expected to be completed by early 2026, expanding healthcare access for women in the region.
