Atrium Health Providence Medical Office Building

The Beck Group is provided architecture, preconstruction, and construction services for the new Atrium Health Providence Medical Office Building in North Carolina. The new two-level medical office building consists of a two-story MOB with 16,705 SF per floor. This comprehensive community care clinic contains medical office spaces, an ambulatory surgery component, diagnostic imaging, and an urgent care clinic. It also includes approximately 4,400 SF of shell space for future expansion in part of the second level.
