Corporativo Nauchatel

Beck was awarded to provide preconstruction and construction services for this office building located within the Cuadrante Neuchatel master planned community located in the heart of Mexico City. This Class “A” high-rise consists of eighteen stories of core & shell offices and nine stories of underground parking. This project includes a 9,500 SF of retail space. Inside, the main lobby area features a hospitality-inspired design with integrated café, as well as a library lounge. Corporativo Neuchatel includes amenities such as an exclusive use fitness center, a fully staffed conference center and coworking space along with a bicycle parking and electric vehicle charging stations.
