Rosewood Crescent

At the time of its completion, the 2.5 million SF Crescent development was heralded as a “celebration of art, history and architecture” and helped to establish an identity for the fledgling Dallas Uptown district. Designed by Johnson/Burgee Architects and built by Beck, the mixed-use Crescent complex combines retail, office, hotel and restaurant space. The five-star, five-story Rosewood Crescent offers 220 luxury rooms. The complex also includes three interconnected office buildings, three levels of retail and five levels of underground parking for approximately 4,000 cars. The 10.5 acre site has become an iconic Dallas landmark, attracting tourists and visitors from around the globe.
