Corporativo Neuchatel is a 96,000 sq. ft. Class A skyscraper in Mexico City’s “Neuchatel Quadrant.” The 18-story structure combines central and exterior office spaces with nine levels of subway parking. A ground-floor commercial space complements the design. The lobby follows a hotel-inspired theme, housing an integrated cafeteria and library lounge. Amenities include a fitness center, conference facilities, co-working spaces, and sustainable features like bicycle parking and EV charging stations. This project exemplifies a fusion of functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability in architectural design.
