Located in the heart of downtown Dallas on Main Street, the four-story building is the flagship for Forty Five Ten, a luxury goods retailer relocating from the Knox-Henderson area of Dallas. The building provides over 40,000 SF of space including an existing basement structure that dates back to the early twentieth century.

The ground floor houses a cafe and retail that can be accessed by pedestrians. Vehicular access is provided by a valet-only motor court with integrated landscaping, sculptural art and an ornamental porte-cochere.

The second and third floors include additional retail space that are connected via an ornamental staircase. Residing on the fourth floor are a bar lounge and a signature restaurant, Mirador, with an outside patio overlooking Main Street.

This location of Forty Five Ten opened for business in November 2016.
