Gateway Church Grand Prairie

When Gateway Church identified a ministry space in Grand Prairie, they asked long-time partner, Beck, to help repurpose the space for Gateway’s needs. After an extensive study, Gateway’s leadership and Beck determined that Gateway’s ministry needs should drive the building’s use, not the existing building space as currently designed. That meant Beck’s design and construction team would transform the existing 1,500-seat worship center to a more intimate and appropriate 1,000-seat room. The remaining space will be developed into children’s space. Overall, the project adds children’s areas, classrooms and an activities area that includes adult classrooms, multipurpose space, bookstore and café. The worship center and main lobby were renovated, creating a worship and welcome experience that is similar to the other Gateway locations.
