KDC Intellicenter

KDC wanted to develop a speculative facility that would provide regional and national companies with features that were previously only available in build-to-suit projects. Beck’s construction team built the 211,000 SF Intellicenter in just 12 months. Intellicenter includes cost-effective, environmentally friendly features that lower operating expenses and increase employee productivity. High efficiency floorplates accommodate more employees with 25-50 percent more parking than a conventional office building. The building also features raised access flooring, underfloor HVAC, and plug and play design. Intellicenter was the USGBC’s first LEED certified commercial structure in Temple Terrace, Florida.
