The Northwood Club project is a comprehensive reimagining of the club’s existing clubhouse in Dallas, Texas. Designed by Rottet Studio with MAI Architects, the redevelopment transforms the facility into a multi level social hub that supports daily member use, dining, retail, and large scale events. The design emphasizes clarity of circulation, layered programming, and strong visual connections to the course, reinforcing the clubhouse as the heart of the club.
Natural materials, controlled transparency, and carefully proportioned spaces establish a timeless architectural character rooted in the club’s history while introducing a modern, hospitality driven experience. From casual golfer amenities to formal event spaces, the clubhouse is organized to accommodate a wide range of activities while maintaining a cohesive identity throughout.
