Nova Southeastern University Office Building

The project converted the former Miami Dolphins training facility into 73,000 square feet of modern offices, support spaces, meeting rooms, and a multipurpose event space. Completed after a severe weather event in 2023, it created a new home for NSU’s administrative staff. It introduced one of the university’s first open-office concepts to foster collaboration and flexibility.
