One Platte

One Platte is a 240,000 SF mixed-use office project with 10,000 SF of ground-level retail, boasting a strategic location that is a short walk to key Denver attractions like Coors Field, Union Station, and Lo-Hi. Framed by I-25 to the west and the South Platte River to the east, the building uniquely embraces its environment and urban context with its 360-degree architecture.

In alignment with the Owner’s wishes, The Beck Group intentionally designed and built One Platte to embrace the site’s conflicting relationship between automobile and pedestrian traffic, the resulting project incorporates the public, both literally and figuratively, with two distinct yet harmonious façades.

Through intentional design, artfully crafted features, innovative construction techniques, knowledge sharing, research, and development, One Platte is a project that leverages innovation and brings the highest level of design consideration and construction execution to Platte Street.

One Platte has been honored with the DBIA National Award of Merit in the Commercial/Office Buildings category, the DBIA Rocky Mountain Region Award of Merit, the Mayor’s Design Award, LEED Gold Certification, WELL Certification, and WIRED Score Gold recognition.
