Pinnacle Park

A major telecom corporation wanted a new Dallas home for its regional headquarters. To achieve its goal of drastically reducing the project’s delivery time while enhancing design, the company worked with Beck’s integrated design and construction team. The team successfully completed the Class A, four-story facility in just 11 ½ months with a cost performance that fell far below market rates. The new building sits on a 900-acre mixed-use development located along a major interstate just minutes from downtown Dallas. The striking design features a precast and aluminum facade with a prominent oval-shaped entry. The warm tones of the pre-cast contrasts both in texture and color to the metal cladding of the elliptical element emphasizing it as the focal point of the building.
