Progressive Insurance Tampa Call Center

With growing numbers of policyholders, Progressive Casualty Insurance needed to expand its existing Riverview campus. Built by Beck, the 150,000 SF first phase expansion includes a three-story call center housing 1000 employees and a two-story amenities building. The project includes infrastructure tie-ins to the existing campus for communications, and a stand-alone energy plant. Beck worked with Progressive from project conception as their local agent for project management activities, including incentives negotiations. The Tampa campus is Progressive’s second-largest customer service location, after its headquarters and flagship customer service operation in Cleveland.
