Southern Methodist University Frances Anne Moody Hall

Beck provided preconstruction and construction services for the Moody School of Graduate and Advanced Studies at Southern Methodist University. The new 44,000 SF, three-level building includes an enhanced atrium for special functions, collaboration areas, student lounge and event spaces, breakrooms, catering rooms, auditorium, large dual-use classroom, open-style workstations, multimedia studio, and control room with support spaces and offices. The project scope also included site utilities, hardscape, modifying parking lots, rough grading, and landscaping.
