Texas Christian University East Campus Parking Garage

Texas Christian University turned to Beck to help expand campus parking, improve accessibility, and create a centralized home for its public safety operations.

To address these needs, Beck is designing and building a new Parking Garage and Public Safety Headquarters for TCU. Located on the university’s East Campus, the six-level parking garage will provide approximately 950 spaces, improving access for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

The new TCU Department of Public Safety Headquarters will bring campus safety operations under one roof, maximizing the planning and execution of protection and security protocols. The 14,000-square-foot facility will feature a high-tech Event Operations Center, training simulation facilities, interview spaces, and evidence-handling areas.

Expected to be completed in Spring 2027, the project continues Beck’s strong partnership with TCU, enhancing campus accessibility, safety, and the overall campus experience
