The Beck Group lead the construction of Texas Christian University’s East Campus Housing and Dining project, which will expand first-year student housing options and provide new facilities to enhance campus life. The project includes two residence halls—Hill and Walsh—which will house nearly 300 students and feature an outdoor common space designed for social gatherings and study groups.

At the heart of the complex is Gutierrez Hall, a dining facility seating 550, positioned between the two residence halls. Gutierrez Hall will offer a range of dining options, including specialized stations catering to dietary restrictions and food allergies. The building’s design incorporates floor-to-ceiling windows on both ends and exposed beams, creating a bright, open atmosphere.

Located behind the Neeley School of Business, this new housing and dining complex will offer students a vibrant, welcoming environment tailored to both residential and academic needs.
