The Holdsworth Center for Excellence in Education Leadership campus will be the new hub for the organization as it continues its mission of partnering with Texas public schools to grow future leaders. The 44 acre site is adjacent to Lake Austin and includes over 140,000 square feet across 16 new buildings to support the Center’s needs.

The heart of the campus is a natural meadow and commons area, with the majority of the new buildings surrounding the commons. A main pedestrian walkway connects all of the buildings. An administration building will house staff while the main learning center will include a 300-capacity event and lecture hall, lounge, kitchen, library, as well as interactive classrooms and seminar spaces.

The 180-room residential village will accommodate overnight stays, with a community “living room” on each floor, a kitchenette, and a screened-in porch. Three separate casitas will house guest lecturers and visiting faculty. Moving towards the lake, a social hub with outdoor decks and a screened-in porch will provide space for mixing and mingling after daily activities and an intimate, open-air pavilion will host outdoor talks and lectures. On the edge of Lake Austin, an old dock will transform into an outdoor, two-story classroom.
