The Shops at Clearfork

The Beck Group led construction for The Shops at Clearfork, an open-air shopping, dining and entertainment, living and office destination in the heart of Fort Worth. Developed by Simon and Fort Worth-based Cassco, the site was formerly a 26+ acre greenfield.

The project boasts over one million square feet of core and shell across eight structures. The building facade varies across the site and includes brick, stone, tile, metal panels, window wall, and curtain wall.

The Shops at Clearfork feature a curated mix of luxury and mainstream stores, as well as entertainment and restaurants, including al fresco dining. It is a destination for nightlife and family fun, with a state-of-the-art movie theater and venues that offer bowling and bocce ball.
