As its regional headquarters continued to grow, Beck’s construction team was once again tapped to build the campus’ second phase. The 615,000 SF native stone and glass building mirrors the three-wing design of the first phase to ensure campus continuity. Floors feature a “plug and play” system, to accommodate changing space needs. The campus design creates an exceptional working environment, with a fitness center and cafeteria, wellness center, parking garage, deck and pavilion, and hiking trails that run through the naturally wooded campus. An 821,000 SF parking garage, located adjacent to the new building, is connected by a translucent panel structure walkway that culminates at a stone main entry feature. By incorporating sustainable elements and construction procedures, the project was certified LEED Gold.
