The new Judy Genshaft Honors College facility, located on USF’s main campus in Tampa, Florida, offers a superior teaching and collaboration environment within a five-story building and a one-story penthouse, totaling 86,845 square feet.

Funded in part by a $20 million donation from then USF President Judy Genshaft and her husband, Steven Greenbaum, this generous gift represents one of the largest contributions ever made by a sitting university president to their institution.

The building provides a centralized space for Honors students, faculty, and staff to foster interaction and collaboration. It features seminar and meeting rooms, a large lecture hall, smaller classrooms, a café, a library, student lounges, an amphitheater, and various other spaces aimed at enhancing student success. Additionally, it includes essential administrative and faculty offices.
