The new 126,000-square-foot testing and conference center in Uptown Dallas enhances the urban environment through sustainable, human-centric design principles. Situated on 1.14 acres in a peaceful residential neighborhood, the building is easily accessible by foot, bike, and public transit, aligning with the city’s traffic reduction goals.

Guided by the philosophy that “form follows practice and ritual,” the building features four distinct levels, each tailored to specific functions:

  • Top level: Dedicated to private administrative offices for a medical board, in use most days.
  • Third level: Provides collaborative spaces for industry-leading professionals to gather and share testing trends.
  • Second level: Houses the testing center, designed to offer a calming environment, primarily used two to three times a year.
  • Ground floor: Serves as a welcome center with a bus drop-off area and conference facilities.

The building proudly holds LEED Silver certification, a Fitwel 2-Star rating, and was recognized as an AIA Dallas Built Design Merit Award winner.
