Waco Family Medicine Primary Care Clinic

The Waco Family Medicine Primary Care Clinic expands access to comprehensive healthcare for residents across McLennan and Bell counties. Designed to support the organization’s continued growth, the new 143,000 SF, four-story medical office building replaces an aging facility and creates space to serve more than 60,000 patients annually.

Built by Beck in collaboration with HKS and Intrepid Development Group, the facility includes multiple primary care clinics with 86 exam rooms, nine procedure rooms, 12 dental treatment areas, a pharmacy, laboratory, radiology services, a fitness and rehabilitation gym, counseling suites, conference and training spaces, administrative offices, and support areas. The project also supports Waco Family Medicine’s nationally recognized residency program while helping the organization continue its mission of providing high-quality care to underserved communities.
