Alfredo Galeano leads our operations in Mexico, overseeing projects and teams across all our offices. With over 20 years of experience, he is a results-driven strategist who fosters growth and operational excellence.

A dynamic leader with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, Alfredo has been instrumental in delivering complex design and construction projects. His expertise spans healthcare, higher education, mixed-use developments, and hospitality, where he has successfully applied Beck’s integrated design and construction delivery model to achieve outstanding client results.

Alfredo’s contributions extend beyond project execution. He established and led Beck’s office in northern Mexico, laying the foundation for its continued success.

Alfredo earned his degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana in 2005, where he was honored as the “Best National Graduate” by the Mexican Chamber of the Construction Industry. Since then, he has expanded his expertise with postgraduate studies in Strategic Management, Business Development, Finance, and Executive Leadership.

Outside work, Alfredo and his wife enjoy traveling, hiking, and connecting with nature. He is passionate about writing and reading, activities that enrich his personal and professional life.
