Andrea Alonso

Andrea Alonso leads Beck’s Human Resources operations in Mexico, where she oversees employee experience and development for the firm’s offices in Mexico City and Monterrey. With over 15 years of experience in human talent management, Andrea has dedicated her career to driving initiatives in job development, training programs, retention, and succession planning. She joined Beck in 2022, bringing a wealth of expertise from previous roles at Genworth Financial, General Motors, General Electric, and Holcim, where she managed teams of up to 1,500 people.

Andrea holds a degree in accounting and a master’s in organizational administration from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, as well as a diploma in strategic human resources management from Complutense University in Madrid. Her leadership is integral to Beck’s strategic growth in Mexico, focusing on identifying and nurturing strong talent to support the firm’s dynamic, creative, and collaborative culture.

Outside of work, Andrea is passionate about fostering personal and professional growth, both for herself and her team. “I am thrilled to be part of Beck’s team of renowned professionals, where we will continue promoting a unique and rewarding experience for our people,” she says.
