Brad Oliva

Brad leads our preconstruction team in Atlanta. This means he is responsible for working with our clients from the very earliest concepts through to complete design. He also works closely with architects and engineers to ensure that the project scope and design falls within the criteria set by our clients. Under his leadership, our preconstruction team views projects holistically and are able to provide meaningful counsel to all stakeholders on the project – architects and builders, engineers, and owners. Brad brings over 22 years of experience with Beck and holds a Master of Science in Building Construction, Integrated Facility Management degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.
