Bruna Monzillo

Bruna Monzillo is a Principal at The Beck Group, where she leads design in the South Florida office and helps guide the region’s growth across a wide range of markets.

With more than fifteen years of experience, she has delivered over 12 million square feet of projects across the U.S. and Latin America.

Bruna is skilled in strategic master planning. She blends architecture with a data-driven approach to create spaces that serve communities and enhance operational performance. Since joining Beck in 2023, she has helped grow the region’s design practice and oversees multiple projects in the area.

A passionate advocate for mentorship and inclusion, Bruna is a Founding Board Member of the Women in Healthcare Florida Chapter, where she launched its statewide mentorship program. She also founded Gals & Golf, a South Florida initiative that connects women leaders through golf-based networking and community engagement.

In 2025, the South Florida Hospital and Healthcare Association elected Bruna to its Board of Directors. Also in 2025, the South Florida Business Journal named Bruna one of its 40 Under 40 honorees.

Originally from Brazil, she lives in South Florida with her husband. Bruna brings a global perspective and heartfelt energy to every client, team, and community she serves.
